This 12x12in fluid art piece has been named as a finalist for Messina Hof Winery’s Texas Artist Wine Label Competition taking place April 27th, 2024.

The theme of the competition was “Symmetry”. My artwork is fluid, making it symmetrical in nature – even when not. Fluid art creates an illusion of symmetry as the air blows the paint along the canvas. It’s a beautiful dance to make a composition pleasing to the eye as well as the soul. Each piece provides a natural flow of colors and movement that evoke feelings of balance and harmony. While photographs don’t adequately capture the essence of the colors playing together, you will find yourself dancing from one side to the other to see the symmetry of shimmer and color.
